With reference to your letter of the 20th

June last, No.19366/1913, I am commanded by my Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty to request you will inform the Secretary of State for the Colonies that they now

on the site of the present signal propose to establish a Naval Shore Wireless Telegraph Station Station at Cape d'Aguilar, Hong Kong, to take the place

of H.M.S."Tamar" which is shortly to be removed.

2.- This proposed Wireless Telegraph Station would undertake commercial work in time of peace if so desired and the necessary negotiations will be opened with the Marconi Company when it is known that the Secretary | of State for the Colonies concurs in the proposal.
